An online annual report developed by Peter Mayer stood out among a record number of submissions in the recent League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) Global Communications Competition.

Peter Mayer designed and built Entergy Corporation’s 2009 Online Annual Review based on the printed version created by Benoit Design, Inc. With the objective of taking advantage of the 3-D space available in the online environment, animated header graphics and interactive design elements were enlisted to encourage user engagement. Visually impaired users were provided the ability to increase text size. Social networking links and RSS news feeds were also incorporated.

The Online Annual Review scored 96 out of 100 possible points from LACP judges in the “Online: Annual/Sustainability Report” category, and the review also finished 73rd out of a record 1,100 total entries in LACP’s Top 100 Communications Materials of 2010.
