  • Prior to joining Peter Mayer, she worked at Tribal DDB, Ogilvy and HUGE. At HUGE she led the digital portion of the highly acclaimed Pepsi Refresh Project. At Peter Mayer, Rachael built out and oversees the Project Management department, as well as overseeing Broadcast and Print Production, Human Resources and general agency operations.
  • Accolades include a 2010 Bronze Cyber Lion award for “Best Digitally Driven Integrated Campaign” and the 2010 OMMA Best Integrated Online Campaign in the Non-Alcoholic Beverage category.

  • Eddie spent much of his career as SVP/CD and EVP/CCO at Fitzgerald + CO, leading clients like Aflac, Aruba Tourism, Black & Decker (Delta/PorterCable), Coca-Cola, Domino’s Pizza, Durex, LongHorn Steakhouse, Marriott Hotels + Resorts, Mizuno, The Athlete’s Foot (Nike, Reebok, New Balance) and Time Warner Cable, to name a few.
  • He has received hundreds of recognitions from major award shows and publications, including a Cannes Cyber Lion and multiple Cannes Finalists, a rare D&AD Pencil nomination, Art Directors Club, CA, One Show, AICP, Graphis, PRINT, multiple CLIOs and many more.
  • Eddie is a creative leader and a teacher. He has served in faculty and leadership roles at two of the nation’s most prestigious advertising schools. He is a previous Director of Advertising Arts at Portfolio Center, was Senior Advisor of Creative Studies at The Creative Circus and currently is on the national advisory board of The Creative Circus.

  • Jay came to Peter Mayer to lead the telecom/technology vertical and the CenturyLink account. After more than eight years of unprecedented growth, he was recently appointed to lead all agency marketing efforts.
  • He has more than 19 years of experience from his work with technology and entertainment leaders such as Verizon, Windstream and CenturyLink.
  • When Jay is not working, he is busy with a very active 11-year-old son (Jack) and his two bull terriers (Thaddeus and Ruby). If you ask about any of them, be prepared for an impromptu slide show on his smartphone. Jay’s other passions include art, architecture, museums, travel and adoption.

  • Ellen has extensive experience in destination marketing. In addition to being the Account Management lead on numerous tourism-related accounts, her background includes working with corporate, utility and casino clients. She currently supervises a talented group of Account Managers on the Emerald Coast and Asheville tourism accounts, as well as the facilities of the Audubon Nature Institute, Hancock/Whitney Bank, Mobile Gas, Scott Equipment, Doctors Imaging, Canal Barge, Amedisys, The New Orleans Advocate and Baker Maid.
  • She is actively involved in many community organizations, serving as the National Board President for Caps for Kids and as the immediate past President for Louisiana SPCA.
  • Ellen is a past president of the New Orleans Ad Club and was National Ad Club President of the Year. The Advertising Club of New Orleans named her the Agency Account Executive of the Year. In 2004 and 2012, she was honored as one of New Orleans CityBusiness’ Women of the Year, and she was also honored with the Most Outstanding Campaign Volunteer of the Year Award by the United Way.

  • Val leads the Agency’s Digital Innovation Group, a user-centered, cross-functional team that leads, creates and produces agency digital projects. Val is also co-founder of Tinker, the agency’s innovation lab, that seeks to create new kinds of branded experiences for our clients through the connection of the digital and physical worlds.
  • Her brand experience includes CenturyLink, Taco Bell, KFC, Kraft, Chevron, Sears, Cox Communications, Louisiana Economic Development, Zatarain’s, Marucci Sports, New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation, Hancock/Whitney Bank and the New Orleans Saints.

  • Mark has over 30 years of experience including working at Newsweek as Circulation Marketing Director. While at Newsweek, Mark tapped into the pulse of readers to help increase magazine circulation and was responsible for all direct marketing for the magazine. Five years later, he headed back to New Orleans to lead Peter Mayer into the future.
  • In his spare time, Mark is an avid gardener, specializing in all kinds of citrus.

  • Michelle has expertise in all types of planning from creative and brand planning to strategic business planning. She is currently Vice President, Strategy and Planning at the agency.
  • Prior to joining Peter Mayer, Michelle was president and director of communications planning at NYCA, a boutique firm in San Diego, managing partner and director of planning and brand stewardship at Ogilvy & Mather and SVP/chief planning officer at Leo Burnett USA.
  • Michelle’s client experience is rich with engagement across a wide range of accounts, including Dove, Huggies, Allstate, Quiznos, Motorola and others. She is a frequent speaker and award show judge, and she has co-edited two marketing books on the baby boomer generation.

Walter Thompson – before his talents took him to Bangkok, Thailand, where he created memorable campaigns for DDB Worldwide and J. Walter Thompson’s most important international clients.

  • Jay is a huge football fan, especially of the New Orleans Saints. He has attended a Saints game in nearly every current NFL stadium. When not in a stadium, Jay loves Louisiana’s great outdoors.
