Agency Wins 23 Awards for Outstanding Creative Work
Celebrating its own sort of Super Bowl, the advertising community of New Orleans showered Peter Mayer Advertising with 23 awards at the 2010 ADDY Awards. Held at the Superdome on Saturday, February 27, the annual awards banquet attracted more than 200 ad professionals as Louisiana’s largest full-service advertising agency was recognized for excellence with 19 silver and four gold ADDYs. In addition, three Peter Mayer employees were lauded as “Ad Persons of the Year.”
“It’s always great to have a winning season, but it always means more when we are recognized by our peers,” said Peter Mayer President Mark Mayer. “And this year is the Ad Club’s 100th anniversary, so it makes these awards extra special to us.”

Winners from the NOLA ADDY AWARDS 2010 will go on to compete in the District 7 ADDY competition to be held in Jackson, Tenn. District winners will then be eligible to compete in the National ADDY competition, presented in June each year by the American Advertising Federation.
