PETERMAYER is an independent, integrated ad agency located in New Orleans, LA. The Project Manager would own and manage a full range of deliverables across traditional and digital elements for an assigned brands/clients from project planning to concept creation to final delivery with regards to timing, quality and budget. This position requires meticulous record keeping, creative and flexible problem solving and exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Duties Internal Agency Skills

- Develop good relationships within the department and works as a team player
- Leads and owns projects and timelines from beginning to completion
- Interact in a professional manner with all employees of the Agency
- Prioritize work and complete the work in an accurate and timely manner. Report to supervisor in case additional effort required for completing work that may impact client deliverables
- Arrange for back-up coverage on assigned projects when unavailable
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Input estimated creative resource hours and attend daily resource meetings
- Have the ability to develop project requirement/project plans and scope of work from inception (strategy/brief) through execution, working with the Associate Director(s) as needed
- Creating estimates/scopes for small scale and single threaded projects
- Assist the Associate Director(s) in scope development for large scale campaign efforts
- Being responsible for ensuring all deadlines are met, individual project budgets are monitored, and stakeholders are informed of status at all stages
- Be responsible for internal meeting documentation and follow up with team
- Solve project or client challenges in tight collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate on functional spec documents with appropriate internal resources
- Escalate issues through the right channels before impacting delivery. Escalated issue should include solution options prior to escalation
- A candidate with approximately 2-4 years work experience, preferably in an agency project management environment
