Peter Mayer has been selected as one of New Orleans CityBusiness magazine’s “50 Best Places to Work” for 2015. This year marks the ninth time the agency has made the list, with previous nominations in 2003, 2004, 2006, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Because of the nomination, the agency will be profiled in a special feature CityBusiness will publish in its Dec. 11 edition.

Peter Mayer proudly took home six out of 44 silver awards and 14 out of 39 gold awards, which included two out of six best of show awards. The client work recognized included Sanderson Farms, CenturyLink, NOLA Brewing, Sazerac Black Magic, Zatarain’s, New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Kennedy Space Center. In addition, four Peter Mayer employees were recognized as Ad Persons of the Year.

Peter Mayer, Louisiana’s largest advertising agency, was recently recognized by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) with the Emerging Growth Company Award at ACG’s annual awards dinner May 15, 2012. District ADDYs honor Peter Mayer work

After winning 40 awards at the New Orleans ADDY Awards in February, we were excited to send some of our best work on to the district-level competition, to compete against work done in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. We are pleased to announce that we brought 12 awards home from Nashville, Tenn.

We won gold ADDYs for Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation & Tourism’s TV campaign, Sazarac’s Gran Gala mobile site, a Zatarain’s newspaper campaign and “As Seen on Okra” newspaper ad, and for our own 4th of July poster. Bright night at 2012 New Orleans ADDY Awards

The Oscars wasn’t the only award show this weekend – it was also the 2012 New Orleans ADDYs! Peter Mayer was pleased to take home more than 40 total awards. The ADDYs, which is an annual event celebrating the best in advertising from the previous year, was judged this year by advertising professionals from Chicago, Indianapolis and Pensacola, Fla.

We won gold ADDYs for campaigns for New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation, Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation & Tourism, among other clients. We won silver ADDYs for work for the previously listed clients, as well as for the National World War II Museum, the New Orleans Zephyrs and Sanderson Farms, among others.
