Peter Mayer’s broadcast buying group recently completed its post buy analysis for all Q1 2011 television and cable schedules. The team purchased more than 7,500 cumulative rating points in 10 spot markets and delivered at a 103% index versus projected audience levels.
More impressively, all clients that were active in the quarter were in the 94-104% range. The accepted industry standard for posts is a 90-110% delivery, with 100% being the ultimate goal.
