Almost all of New Orleans was without power, but not our offices on Camp Street. So on Thursday, August 30, just as Hurricane Isaac was heading out of New Orleans, a small krewe of Peter Mayer people headed downtown to do a little work, plug in our depleted devices and enjoy the air-conditioning.

And our best friends came with us. Just like any other day in advertising, there was minimal growling, a lot of jumping up and down, and a fair amount of pacing the halls. It made a tough day pass much more quickly.
