400 lbs. of crawfish. 200 lbs. of shrimp. And the beer? We ain’t counting.

Louisianians wait all year for crawfish season and celebrate its arrival every spring with crawfish boils. Gatherings vary in size and location, from backyards to parks to restaurant courtyards, but no matter the locale, the crustacean celebrations always include great food, cold beer and good friends.
