With already high electricity rates and the impending construction of a new power plant that would raise rates even higher, Mississippi Power was in a difficult position with its customers. We built our campaign from an insight that people simply don’t realize how much more energy we’re using now than we used to. The idea of “Powering What’s Next” drove TV and print executions that communicated Mississippi Power’s need to invest in new technologies that prepare for our ever-increasing energy needs.
