It’s not every day a brand turns 125 years old. For its 125th birthday we couldn’t just throw an ordinary party so, in true New Orleans style, we hosted the biggest crawfish boil the city (and the world) has ever seen. More than 8000 New Orleanians helped Zatarain’s set a record by eating 27,000 pounds of crawfish in just two hours. It was an epic event that got the Today Show, CBS This Morning and other national media outlets talking.
